EDITORIAL POLICY
Peer review policy

All papers, including those invited by the Editor, are subject to peer review. Manuscripts are reviewed by at least 3 external experts and editors. It would generally take at least 2 weeks for reviewers to finish the first round of manuscript review. The author will receive a final decision letter of their manuscript within at least 2 months, including the period from submission, revision to final judgement by referees. The editor is responsible for the final decision whether the manuscript is accepted or rejected.

Single blind peer review
RPD adopts single blind review, which means that the authors do not know the identity of the reviews.
